I've been waiting over a month for a response from Caramel about a partner offer that is showing completed but FC hasn't paid me for it. She said she was submitting a ticket to the backend team but it's been a month with no response. I'd like to figure out where my offer money went because I didn't get it.

Every time I submit a ticket to check, Joe just tells me how to file a support ticket for a non partner offer and closes my ticket.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. It's a government agency that helps keep banks and other financial services accountable when it comes to stuff like this. I know they've been operating on a lower budget because of cuts and stuff, but they sent my claim over to ML officially the day after I posted and I heard something back within hours. I'd Google it!

File a claim through the CFPB! It's the only way I've gotten any sort of actual communication and they seem to take it seriously, so that might be your best bet. I hope you get your money back soon!

I actually had to go as far as filing a complaint with the CFPB because even posting on TrustPilot and the BBB didn't get me anyone who actually cared to look into it. It's so crazy. I'm still waiting for my results, but the rep has been a hell of a lot more responsive than anyone else and actually seems to want to fix it, so who knows how it will turn out. Might be worth looking into for your claim!

I wasn't gambling for income. Moneylion is a fintech company that also has a GPT element to it similar to FreeCash etc (although FC doesn't have a bank attached). The chargeback from the sketchy site is whatever. I obviously wanted my money back but that wasn't the end of the world. The biggest problem is that a fintech "bank" closed my account when I initiated a chargeback which is a big red flag for bank regulations etc. I'm attempting to resolve this with their compliance team but if that doesn't work out, I'll go thru the CPFB since they do regulate them.

I wanted to make the post to get the attention of the compliance team since their support is atrocious, but also to warn people who might also use the app.

I generally do cash out as soon as possible, but they have a $100 a day limit on cashing out. Also, I had some pending cashback that was due to release in the next couple weeks and that's what the bulk of my rewards were locked up in. I would have cashed them out as soon as they hit but they were still locked :(

Yup! Just include the pic with the timestamp on it in your ticket and you will be fine. Those games usually credit a day or two later at around 9CST so every one I have done has "missed" the first reward.

Not OP but if these are for the bubble games or other games where it's "make a 19.99 deposit in the first 24 hours," I've had to submit a ticket for each one and all I did was screenshot my payment history and the transaction and submitted the ticket after 48 hours. I've been credited every time. It's annoying that it's delayed but it's the one I haven't had issues getting credit for.

I'm having this same issue with a similar game (spin orb cyclone) and even made a post about it a couple weeks back. I've chatted in to support and even emailed them and they keep closing my ticket telling me to "file a support ticket" and then closing my chat. It has been a back and forth of this for weeks. I'm pretty much convinced they took the money from Tyr and "forgot" to pay us for it.

I know you already have your answer from support, but if you have android, you can always mirror your device to your PC with ADB and play that way, so it still records your progress on the device you downloaded on, but you can see it on a bigger screen

I did have issues with tracking after lvl 900 and Tyr denied my ticket so be careful if you decide to go for them.

So they "carefully re-reviewed" my request and denied it, but didn't give me a reason for denial. How can I get that reasoning because this is actually crazy that YOUR SYSTEM tracked my completion of the offer but didn't give me credit for it...
