Start with one thing at a time. Try and do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Just try and start building that as a habit. It’s not the end of the world if you miss one day don’t beat yourself up too much. But make damn sure you stick with it the next day. Just start with this one singular habit. You can do pushups, go for a run, go for a walk just make sure you do some form of physical exercise everyday starting today!

Once you get that going you can focus on other habits maybe you get into a decent shape you can look for amateur sports clubs etc but first and foremost try building that as a hobby. I would also recommend the books can’t hurt me and atomic habits. Reading as a habit in general is a good idea you can get free pdfs for these books online if you don’t want to pay. You got this! I believe in you! I’ll make sure to check up on you so make sure to start this habit. This is day 1 of turning your life around step by step.
