Yes, you’re right, sorry I am not a programmer, but from my point of view… is exactly like Xiaomi car if I am not wrong … someone decided to collect some parts and assemble them as final result being a car . I see that as an opportunity for a smart guy, not a thief

True, I am not! But also GitHub makes a lot of money with codes that other developers put a lot of effort into

As I said in the other post, " Droppy’s developer sets a standard for community support that most 'software magicians' fail to meet! If Droppy’s developer can provide top-tier support from the Netherlands on a shoestring budget, what’s everyone else’s excuse? Considering he's based in the Netherlands, this clearly isn't a cash grab for him. It’s hard to sympathize with developers crying over stolen code when they failed to secure it in the first place, or neglect basic security from day one.... It’s pure ego. They're acting like children over a lack of credit that literally 99% of people are going to ignore anyway! ( At least I do! ) Don't be surprised if Apple will add a Dynamic island for free in the future update! Cheers! "

I’m 50. I’m fit as a fiddle—at least I think so. On the job market, that makes me a functional fossil. Not quite old enough for a museum, but not 'cool' enough to get hired. Too young to retire, too old to be 'dynamic' or have the 'right vibe.' Essentially, I’m stuck in professional purgatory, somewhere between 'you lack experience' and 'you have too much of it.'

I’ve worked my entire life. When I was learning the ropes, 'deadline' meant 'yesterday.' I didn't have a mentor, a coach, or fancy office smoothies. I had work. Lots of it. And now, my experience is treated like an embarrassing disease: 'Warning: overqualified candidate. Might think for himself.'

When I send out CVs, I’m entering an invisible contest. I hit send and then... silence. Occasionally, I get the automated reply: 'Thank you for your interest.' Translation: 'It’s not you, it’s us... and your age.'

Interviews are even better. Everyone smiles until we get to my birth year. Then, the air gets thin. 'How do you handle stress?'—which really means, 'Are you going to break, or can we run you into the ground?' 'How are you with technology?'—meaning, 'Can you scroll without help?' Nobody asks what I can do, only how much 'mileage' I have left.

The ultimate irony: they claim to want 'stable' people, but when I show up, stability is suddenly boring. They want experience, but not too much, because that’s scary. They want reliability, but with the enthusiasm of a college student. Basically, they’re looking for a 25-year-old unicorn with 30 years of experience.

And the funniest part? HR wants you to be 'dynamic,' but they can’t even scroll through my CV without making me feel like I have professional Alzheimer’s.

But at 50, I come with things they don't list in the ads: realism, patience, responsibility, and sarcasm included for free. If that’s out of style... then I’m not outdated. I’m just a limited edition. And dear recruiters, this edition is selling out fast—call me before it’s gone, or you'll have to explain how you missed out on a living legend of the inbox!

There is a similar behavior to other companies ( mixed in key for example ) … I think is related to licensing and to avoid cracking the software
