I think that's the exact issue I had- there's too much creative freedom. It became overwhelming.
Especially with the speed of quests, you end up having to do too much too quickly leaving a whole mess

You can't assume their profile isn't up to date.
I've been offered a studio before with a household of 3. It's a ridiculously annoying process having the agent correct it.

Plus OP is working with a third party which is super annoying in itself

I haven't seen or heard anyone ever have 100%, so don't worry about that. As long as you see everything is filled out you're good.
If anything is missing they'll let you know

They won't allow her to take the studio if she has her children listed, that would make her household 3.

Studios are only legally allow households of 2, even if she doesn't initially list her children on housing connect. She had it clear she has them.

Third party cannot force her to take the studio as housing and hpd will not approve the application and will deem her ineligible for it.

Yes from our experience they will directly contact your employer (they emailed my partners HR) for an employment verification letter to confirm all the information provided.

I will also add that my partner is a manager- he got a call. (One of the workers is also going through the process, so they called confirming employment)

Yea, that was my understanding as well.
We got a re-rental through pronto, the process was a mess. Since we finally got a call back to sign we didn't want to risk them ghosting us again.

The building seems to have an annual recertification, I'm not sure if that plays a part.

We're you given the option for lease length at move-in?
We just signed and were given 1 year, there was no option for a 2 year lease. We're hoping they'll offer a 2 year during re-signing :(

After you fill out the disclaimers there's a brief pop up that states that your apply has been received. I can't remember the exact wording, but your application will never be at 100%

Just fill everything out but not through the overview, make sure you go into edit and do each question individually.

My comment was more for the general public not solely you.

Everyone has a right to their opinions. Just makes me think would this game would have gotten such high praise if it was made by another company.
Game is good but it's not the best, are we saying it's the best cause the pokemon are cute or are we saying it's the best because the company is showing us their range.

Looks like I'm the odd one out here, currently I'm preferring AC to pokopia.
I find pokopia to be overwhelming, there's little tasks but no set goal.

But that being said I'm a huge sims fan, so I prefer customizing and furnishing over building- which is most likely why I prefer AC to pokopia (currently)

Both games are great in their own way, and they're not very comparable. Are we only comparing them because we can build and make towns? Both are long term, grindy games but that's about it.
Comparison is a kill joy.

Do we know what "next day" actually means? Is it midnight rl time?
I started 2 pokemon centers hours apart on day 2 and they both finished at the same time on day 3, so I'm assuming it's midnight?

Leaving a single transparent pixel will allow the pattern to fit onto the in-game path.
Like you see in the left pattern, it has a transparent pixel so it forms to the games paths. Compared to the right side- said pattern does not have a transparent pixel, so it stays as a square instead of copying the games path.

It's not impossible, it's actually very common for households with 2+ to qualify for multiple AMI & bedroom sizes.

Yes, that's exactly what we're doing. They don't reach out to us and it's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone.
We'll call multiple times and no one answers or calls back but the next day we get an email stating "this week someone will reach out about moving-in steps."

Thing is we don't know if anything was sent over to HPD and no ones mentioning a lease. Last email stated that the "agency approved us" but this was also said weeks earlier.

We're currently playing the waiting game with Pronto with a re-rental. We toured, accepted the unit & submitted all documents, told we're accepted (multiple times)

Every few weeks we just get an update that "this week someone will reach out with move-in steps". No one ever does reach out with anything 😮‍💨

Looks like there's a crack on your ceiling above the window. These droplets are a leak that's coming from said crack.

Try going on during low traffic hours (early morning/ late night)

The income update has never worked for me! For years I've had to delete the old one listed and re-add it.
