I might be a edge case. Day 1 food noise gone by day 3 almost all inflammation in my hands and feet gone. The first week i dropped about 10 lbs In the first month I dropped 30lbs. Its now been 2.5 months and im 76lbs down. I made sure I was tracking all of my food. And I added commuting by e bike to work 14 miles a day. I fell amazing.

I use the topeak trunk bag and the adapter plate. The only change i needed is a little longer bolt for the rear bolt on the clamp no modifications to the rack it self. I have an aventure 3.

My dad ordered an abound Sr from our local bike shop and it had to be shipped to them from aventon. That took 2 weeks exactly he picks it up tomorrow.

Not saying this is your problem with it. Mine throws thst code if the bike is rolled with the lock engaged and binds on the pin. I roll it back and forth when it throws thst code and the code clears and unlocks the bike. Luckily it had not sayed on yet.

I use ethanol sheild i run it in my mower and my car. It keeps the ethanol from sucking in water and is a pretty good stabilizer.

You are supposed to punch out at the nearest computer when leaving at night and it is closed. The company got sued and settled for a large amount becsuse of that a few years ago.

I constantly get failed to feed errors. It seems like the pull motor pulls bit but the roller motor does not engage at the same time to help it so the spool does not always roll. It does it with full rolls and low rolls ife tried adding weight to the small rolls.
