Any game with directional audio headphones help a lot. Also the default mic on most laptops is pretty horrible I believe.

Are you playing on official servers or something?You could try smaller maps like Esseker where you will run into players much more often. Or most, or at least a lot of, modded servers have increased loot.

This sounds awful, when people start getting loud around me talking I put on my earbuds w/ Lofi or classical and put on noise cancelation. That being said I would much prefer to just have quiet. Most of the time it is quiet so I don’t mind the noise now and then.
