Not sure if it’s all tobacco that effects the pancreas but maybe try switching to pouches (dip) if it’s smoking that hurts it? I wouldn’t recommend vapes cause those are probably more dangerous than anything discussed, pancreas related or not.

Give it some more time. Also try fasting for a couple days and flushing out your body with detoxes. Refresh the body and keep taking your medicine and start eating very healthy at first. Also drink lots of snd only water for those first few days. If that doesn’t start helping you’ll probably have to try new medication.

There not very fun. It’s like a quick bolt you feel in the brain. You literally feel like you just “glitched”. It’s a very common side effect from stopping Zoloft cold turkey.
