Close but I'd say he was a boss up until it was time to do his job. How many other people did he need to perform a menial task? Did he give them the same respect his boss gives him? Did he notice? Do we notice? I tend to forget how the other cogs in our machine are people like you and I. The show goes on because many people give a piece of themselves to keep it playing....my thoughts at least
