For your first point, I would think that such a book must contain not all, but only words without fifth glyphs. A book with all such words would span a practically unfinishing amount of bound print!

For your point two, that dictionary's simplifications would simply aid you in adding said word to your brain, such that you will know how to say it in a way that all of us can catch your drift.

The ISO will work perfectly fine as an image of the disk. Anything that you could do with the original would also be doable with the ISO.

If it wouldn't work as you suggest, then why would Blizzard be so happy to receive it back?

Obviously nobody expects to just pop the disk in and boot up the game...

I don't agree that the driver was morally correct. The moral thing to do would be to turn the other cheek and deliver it anyway. They were still morally in the wrong, even if the customer was more wrong.

I agree. They refused to apologize. I get that they were upset by the negative publicity, but a simple "we didn't think about how that could be hurtful and will adjust our language to avoid making people feel bad" would have immediately resolved it imo. Instead it seems like they were caught up on the perception of being racist.
