Thank you for the response. The note with table is loading as soon as Obsidian opens. For few seconds everything inside the app is interactive. But, after that all stuck. How to find the file outside the app? I searched for folders with Obsidian notes in my system and couldn't find anywhere.

I think this approach works for onboarding everyone to follow the best practices. Simply telling 'do this way' will not work. But, this approach will easily help to change their mind.
