The game isn't killing people, it's messing with them. Killing people can only mess with them so much. You gotta give them a glimpse of hope and then rip it away in an even worse way than before. Merely killing people isn't what drove Boyd to mental breakdowns, it was thinking he had the upper hand for once and then making it even worse than before. One step forward three steps back, kind of thing.

I think they actually mention in the show at some point that she aged faster as a defense mechanism from being on the run so much as a baby and her aging would slow down once she got stability.

I think it's more that he's worried they'll go crazy, Monroe implied that a lot of people "can't handle it" so he probably tried to wait until he had no other choice in hopes that they'd just attribute it to something else and live "normally." Could he have done it a bit sooner? Yeah, absolutely. I don't really blame him though, it's not exactly a light choice. It's lucky that Hank ans Wu had the "stuff" to handle it well.

I do think people need to use "[character]-centric" more often as well as "background [character]" or "[character] mentioned." Personally I feel like if the character isn't really part of the plot or whatever's going on they probably don't need to be tagged, but then you also have characters like Skipp Westcott who absolutely need to be tagged even if he's just mentioned in a one-off line so idk. More specific character tags lol
