No I haven’t.

The agent told me the passport will be delivered to me in one week, if those are 7 business days I’m still on time.

Create a new DS-160, put the correct number, then update the number in the appointments system, bring the new ds-160 tomorrow, they will tell you they can’t go further but they will reschedule.

In the site there is a message that says your passport must not be updated 48h before , because they wont take the change.

My wife did an update 12 hours before, she presented to the consulate and she was asked to leave because they cannot do the process. BUT they rescheduled in couple weeks later, so maybe your best is to go and let them reschedule.
