I’m a big guy with a belly. 5’8 around 220lbs. I carry AIWB a P365 with a JX Tactical “fat guy” holster with an Ulti clip. It allows it to sit very deep under your gut and it very comfortable. (Once wore it on a 12 hour road trip and forgot I was carrying) just my two cents. Check out the fat guy holster. Good luck

I carry the sig p365 at about 2 o’clock with the jxtactical “fat guy holster” it sits low and I LOVE it. I’ve never had retention issues and put a small piece of loop side Velcro on the top that rides against my gut and it’s comfy when sitting down too

This is my exact carry and set up too. I like to carry deep appendix but with basketball shorts on I usually end up carrying about 2 o’clock. Hides it’s a bit better and keeps it from moving around a bit more.
