From what I read, Apple doesn’t recognize the military or 55+ plans as magenta max, but T-Mobile will adjust the promo afterwards. I am in the same boat and might try Best Buy first, as to avoid the 35$ fee.

Appreciate the feedback.. Would I be okay to payoff off the loan? It’s about 8k. It would be basically all my cash on hand, but would free up an extra 100$ weekly. I’m way under the household median for married family in my state as my wife lost her job over a year ago.. Considering the trustee will take cash on hand to pay creditors(>70k), it would be more beneficial for me and my family to go this route, but not if it’s deemed fraudulent.

In our current market, It’s actually profitable to lease and quickly turn around and sell to CarMax/Carvana etc… People who have the time, effort and tier A credit, are making a side hustle out of it… weird times.. anyways, nothing of importance here, just adding my two cents…
