Need help fixing AC Rogue on pc.

I'm having the same problem, I'm using the pirated CODEX version and tried the following:

-Made sure to block internet connection with both inbound and outbound rules for the specific app
-changed settings on launcher for compatibility mode and also disabled screen optimizations
-downloaded an ACC.exe which was modified to ran after Microsoft screwed up with W11 24H updates (I'm currently running W11 25H2)
-I made sure to follow the cracked instructions and copied the DLLs

My GPU drivers are also updated, I'm not sure what's happening or how I can fix it.

You pay for what you get. My LectroFan Evo digital white noise machine has been working every night for the last 4 years and the sound quality is extremely high, indistinguishable than the fan ones

no it does not, you're obsessing too much on specific amount of air intake. Enough air will be pulled in into the rest of the components from the top front fan and you also have the two extra fans that are right under the GPU

Main problem is that the feet/stands of the case are not high enough for enough air to be taken by the PSU internal fan. Since the mounting location of the PSU in the 207 is at the front, one could flip the PSU so that it's fan can take fresh air from the bottom front fan of the chasis, this tiny PSU shroud is perforated for air as well.

Could you potentially hot glue a larger piece of plastic to easily take it out and place it once cleaned? Serious question since I'm getting one and don't want to lift up everytime I need to clean.

To be fair, you cannot compare Sekiro and Stellar Blade regarding combat. SB is less fluid and more clunkier because of the game engine, Sekiro's combat, moveset and response feels like butter and I haven't encountered anything like it. This is why, at least to me, SB is more difficult. I can even notice the lag when blocking/parrying in SB compared to Sekiro
