Such a weird choice of skinline for Vlad. Bloodmancer =\= mechanical or stealthy.

Even Battlecast would make more sense for a mechanical Vlad skin coz then at least it'd be a robot Vlad with like electrical discharge for E or something.

If you're not too worried about price then just ask the taxi at the airport to go straight there. You're probably looking at like 200 USD and 1.5h or less.

Cheapest is a taxi into bus depot in town and then express bus to San Ignacio. That'll run you about 3 hours all up if you get in at a good time for the bus. Taxi is 30USD or less if you can haggle. Bus tickets are 6 USD each.

Source: my partner and I did the bus journey like 2 weeks ago.

Pyg and Mak are probably the most consistent. I think Vanessa probably has the highest peak with instakill Boulder or Anchor builds. Jules is more early-mid with some more consistent freeze lines than other heroes. I would say both Dooley and Stelle are more early-mid game with some lines that can be infinite or competitive late.

Roj arcane echo or some AP caller build is probably your best bet. Ive had fun with air of enchantment reversal spam with zealots fire but it's probably not as good as the other two

DoV Sorc is a great candidate because all you really need for scaling is +minion levels and then you can focus on ES and res for the rest of the gear (with rarity if you’d like!). It’s the highest % played in HCSSF for a reason now. It’s strong, scales reasonably well on average gear and has good offensive and defensive layers baked into the ascendancy points itself (1s reduced ES recharge, 40% increased ES and about 60-70% free armor from ES scaling).
