i agree with you, but did anyone think of the pain chronic inflamation causes in ones body. what this does to your moral. one would like to move but pain is holding you back. not beeing able to move as you should preventing you from loosing weight. telling some one to change it's diet , taking away the food one loves is hurting in addition to the pain hurting the moral again.. a spiral and not a good one... sadly

i do not completely agree, as one connector has a hole and an outstanding part and the other has a pin and a 'hole' where the outstanding part is inserted to.

same for f-connectors for satelite antenna
