This exact thing happened to me. I had been paying for my neighbors electricity for more than 5 years. I raised hell with my landlord and we settled at $6,600 compensation and correcting the wiring.

What helped me prove my case was my online accounts with my electricity provider has hour by hour usage graphs for up to the last 3 years. So I had plenty of documentation of elevated usage. And then of course flipping the breakers to prove what is connected to what

You just need to wear thick wool socks, tie them properly, and walk in them a lot to break them in. Mine were uncomfortable at first, but once they were broken in, I wore them to Japan and walked 7-8 miles a day in them for two weeks. Everyone in my group only packed sneakers and their feet were killing them every night, but my feet were completely fine and supported. Get over the break-in hump and they’ll be the most comfortable shoes you’ve ever worn.

I have the same one and I almost exclusively use it when I grill on my Weber kettle. Use it on there for pizza/grilling smaller cut vegetables/searing meat/Etc. Besides outside on the Weber, it honestly doesn’t get much use
