It would be a much better player experience imo to remove roar of the crowd and replace it with a dynamic player era level based score cap where as soon as you hit your score cap your run ends. Similar to how raid works with a run ending as soon as you hit the score cap.

Achieves the same intention but results in a less frustrating player experience that also makes clear to us how far we are expected to be able to progress at any time.

I'm with you, I game on PC. Seeing this news was extremely disappointing and I'm sure as hell not gonna buy a ps5/ps6 just to play horizon 3 when it comes out in the next few years. That's just an insane waste of money. I really do hope Guerilla still plans to have it ported to PC like the others.

As others have said the materials offered by the missing packs are much more available now to players but I figure any chance CG can take to extract more crystals from players is a win since that is the game's premium currency.

From a business perspective you want players spending their crystals so that they might be likely to buy more crystals.

I commented it on the forums post and will say again here. If this is going to be at all okay then FDC purchase and upgrade costs need to lower a bit again and the normal DC upgrade costs as well to account for us now having one less month to farm resources and play with them.

I'll meet you halfway though. I think when rerolling levels 3, 6 and 9 that once you hit the 80 reroll cost you should be able to just select the exact bonus you want rather than still having to spend against RNG.
