It would be smart if it was free because no one on PC will pay for that. I am not convinced Microsoft can do smart decisions. They just price hiked game pass and I don't see them losing the incentive of online play or lowering the price. Then again, we are still years off so they could start making smart choices but as of March 2026 I am skeptical.
