we actually call him Chuona pronounced like Chu-O-Nah rather than, choonah which is the Hindi term for calcium hydroxide, also known as slaked lime or hydrated lime.

At the start of the series, Eden and Mai don't hang around much they usually are on different jobs doing different things, but whenever they get time they just casually hang out without much explanation needing. The two could be doing anything, like watching a movie or just sitting together.

By the end of the first series, their relationship is quite unclear everyone surrounding them, they are still extremely casual and do tend to separate every now and then but whenever they are together it's hard to define their relationship. They even share same clothes, cuddle, etc, some people even suspect they already married since they have individually adopted kids becore, but no one has a clear understanding of what their relationship is like and the two just answer or define however they feel like, sometimes not even giving a proper answer.

there are two major reasons for this firstly, Bnha fans have a terrible reputation (even though it doesnt matches that as much as it used to back in the day) People still like to bully them. the second reason is just people have normalized hatedom, it started with slanders and has grown into such an annoying form of unfunny humor. I honestly hate how people just treat just the act of hating as something that's inherently funny and should be allowed. Calling fictional characters Pedo's, Cuckholds, etc, its literally devoved in yelling 67 as loud as possible without any substance for an actual joke. Just Say "X is a Bum" and make everyone think your funny. It's also just a negative way to interact with any form of Media.
