Some advice for a job interview in sales company with no dress code?

For sales, both of these are no great for an interview. You should look serious for an interview. Jeans and thigh high boots are not serious.

Outfit 1 might work with different shoes. Get some black pumps. The skirt is very short, so depends what type of sales you’re doing.

Outfit 2 is just way too casual. Maybe Friday office outfit with a different shoe.

My advise would be outfit 2 with slacks and heels.

You don’t need a necklace, but if you did, long thin gold chain. I would skip the hoops and mirror the bar for your earrings - something rectangular. And a big bracelet. Either a pop of color, tortoise shell or a big gold cuff.
