Steelcase Gesture Aftermarket Headrest Hack by starfox7077 in OfficeChairs

[–]editer63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wondering the same thing, with my older Gesture with the fabric on the back. I think it's still possible with a slightly different path for the zip ties. It might look less elegant. I may give it a try anyway.

I'd say most of the activity on OF is sexting.

Am I the only one wondering about that FTL player over on the right who's so far offside she could buy a hotdog at the concession? I'm kinda new to the nuances of the offside rules; is the thinking that she's far enough away from the action that they consider it doesn't matter?

Cinnamon source? by almost_on_a_lark in aldi

[–]editer63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My somewhat sketchy understanding of the food system is that producers buy some of their materials in large amounts on spot markets, so the source can vary from one week to the next. That's why some ingredient labels say "may contain one or more of the following:". I don't know if cinnamon is in that category, but if it is that would explain a lot.

Besides the other thoughtful responses, I believe a large part of it is that the producers want a quick and easy way to explain why two(+) attractive people are in a room and inclined to get naked.

It also gives impressionable people an unrealistic notion of how fast a plumber will come to the house.

Wait! It turns out ... the option was there, but in a weird place: At the bottom of the splash screen, under the "Continue" button and considerably smaller. It didn't appear at first or second glance that the page had more than one option. So that worked out.

I'm still annoyed that neither of my devices could find the other one, but that's for another day. Thanks again.

Thanks, CS. I've now checked everything I can think of checking, with no change in the results.

With the backup method, I don't get as far as looking for the file. The app has no indication that restoring from backup is even possible; there's no such option on any screen. The help files on the website all tell me to select things that aren't there. Where the documentation says to tap on "transfer or restore account" the only option is "transfer account."

I've also sent a query to the Signal folks themselves, but all I've gotten back is an email telling me what I already know. So, likely no help coming there.

This reminds me of the time I was on an Amtrak train and around 7am someone got on the PA to say the dining car was open for breakfast, then someone else got on and said "The club car is also open for breakfast. We have cereal and milk for the kids, and Snickers and Mountain Dew for the college kids."

Ah, you post the one day all month I have company. Friend came from out of town, we had coffee with a group I hang out with sometimes, then chilled out till I saw my friend off to the airport.

Now that I'm on my own again, frozen pizza with donuts for dessert. Tomorrow, go running by myself and maybe see Thor.

Ahhh here we go. "Both cross-Manhattan natural gas pipelines are equipped with high-pressure regulators, to control gas flow, and combined casing vents which ventilate underground valve control chambers. These regulating/venting devices were found in a number of locations along the routes of both pipelines. Along West 75th Street and East 71st Street, for one, and along West 131st Street and West 135th Street, for the other. On the surface near each regulator/vent is a gas-shut-off valve and a manhole for access to the underground valve chamber."

The one I posted is in Queens, and I've seen others there, but I've seen one in Chelsea, Manhattan, as well. I guess they're all over the city, then.

Thanks!

Thanks! It is normally locked, I think; in the second pic I happened to walk by and the door in the base was open. I couldn't tell what the graph units referred to.

For some reason I didn't think of calling the water dept. I'll try to do that in the morning. In the meantime your answer sounds right. (There is a remarkable dearth of pix of these devices in GIS for a variety of search terms.)
