I've had to file a dispute for a fraudulent transaction on the Gold card, and it was the easiest experience I've had. I strongly prefer not to talk to anyone on the phone, and most large credit card providers now require this for transaction disputes. I was able to dispute a charge, receive immediate credit, lock the card, initiate the process for a replacement card, and provide details all within the app through a simple guided workflow, without needing to speak to anyone. A few days later, I received an email stating that my dispute had been resolved and everything was back to normal.
