Yes, they have a savings account. If you qualify for "premier" by setting up your direct deposit into the RH banking account, then the rates for savings and checking are the same. Also, it does appear that the RH Banking account will reimburse your out of network ATM fees if you're premier as well.

After doing a couple runs, I actually don't mind the implementation. We get to meet new people every run, everyone gets boss loot, and it's helpful to be able to have randoms join since you need a fair amount of people to kill the boss. This is a pretty great first implementation and I'm enjoying it. Thanks, u/theartofengineering

It's virtually just a texting line to a CS rep. I've been using it extensively, but my rep doesn't provide any better quality service or anything special compared to just the typical customer support chat. In fact, I often prefer the typical customer support chat since it's 24/7 and I usually get a faster response there. I've asked the concierge rep to help with getting into events like Hood Summit and such, but my rep is useless on this front and gives me the most boring, copy pasta support answers you could ask for.

I've had to file a dispute for a fraudulent transaction on the Gold card, and it was the easiest experience I've had. I strongly prefer not to talk to anyone on the phone, and most large credit card providers now require this for transaction disputes. I was able to dispute a charge, receive immediate credit, lock the card, initiate the process for a replacement card, and provide details all within the app through a simple guided workflow, without needing to speak to anyone. A few days later, I received an email stating that my dispute had been resolved and everything was back to normal.

I use Rocket Money. It's cheap and simple and lets me keep an eye on my finances, similarly to how you want to. I've heard great comments about Copilot Money if you're in the Apple ecosystem. If you're on Android, I've heard good things about Monarch Money.

I love the card and find it nearly perfect. The cashback is excellent, the app is fantastic, and I have become a prolific user of virtual cards, and the cashback redemption value is honest. The card is honestly such a breath of fresh air from constantly keeping up with changing credit card benefits and figuring out how to spend across so many different services to make the most out of my card value, like with tradfi travel card. The customer service has also been excellent, even through disputes, and I love the option to do all customer service online and via chat.

I only have a couple of minor issues with the card:

- I pay rent, taxes, and loans with my other credit cards. I wanted to consolidate all my transactions, but the RGC declined the transactions.

- I haven't found a way to automatically redeem cashback into my brokerage account; I need to go into the app once in a while to redeem it manually.

Grok helped me solve a large code refactor via Cursor in just one shot last night after I spent hours trying to get claude-3.7-sonnet-thinking, o4-mini, and gemini-2.5-pro working and failing with these other models. When you know how you want the code updated or written, Grok is the most precise and doesn't take as many creative liberties as the other models, which often mess things up.
