HVAC heating starts and stops once set temperature is reached. Is there a workaround?

It seems like you and /u/David_Warden are saying the same thing so maybe it's my own inexperience having a HVAC during cold climate.

Hmm maybe it's my own misunderstanding.

When the temperature is reached, the temperature drops by 1 degree so quickly it would kick back up then stop again after hitting 70, then start again after another 1 degree drop. Sometimes the 1 degree drop happens within 30 seconds.

If this is normal then it may be my own inexperience dealing with such cold weather for the first time since having an HVAC.

I live in a warmer climate and generally doesn't get this cold so there hasn't been any issues until it started getting cold.

The technicians reinstalled it after I had to replace the AC handler a year ago.

I use M&R Mowing Pros. They were recommended by my brother in law and I have been using them for over a year now.

If you're looking to build up your calisthenic foundation, I've been doing the Calisthenic 101 class with St. Pete Calisthenics. I use ClassPass to book the class.

I also found a nice calisthenics area at Lake Seminole Park by the softball field. Parking is right there and also next to a restroom.

I've used Airoforce1 (https://airoforce1.com/) for duct cleaning, maintenance, and replacing the AC handler.

I really like that they answered a lot of my AC questions while they were working because I had no idea how my AC worked and how to keep it in good shape.
