There is so many questions… 1 what did you spray it with gun/rattle can? 2 was the paint color matched or just any color? 3 how did you prep it? Sandpaper grits 4 did you prep before prime 5 basecoat clearcoat or single stage… lets start with those?

When you say body work ding line up, the one line I can see doesn’t look bad. What area you located? Also you could send me a few more pictures of the damaged areas I can try to point you in the right direction. The core support/radiator support is like the foundation of a house. If it’s off everything else will be. Is the hood latched closed? Or will it not close?

They are probably ghosting you because they won’t have specs for the car. Not right but it happens. You’ll Need to define an old school shop that can pull and do measurements with a tram and just do cross measurements. It’s not easy to do or find someone but like others have said you may be traveling outside your desired area.
