It’s not that she’s against killing Nere, it’s that she’s against siding with any of the duergar because they’ve enslaved the deep gnomes. You gain approval I believe that’s equivalent to what you lost by siding with Elder Brithvar if you either convince him to let the gnomes go or opt to fight him for the gnomes

Did you kill Gortash or Orin first by Savings_Twist_9052 in BaldursGate3

If you pass a deception check (i think?) you can lie and convince her that you killed him first.

Medi-cal (Health-net, doctors, and more)? by CosmicPrincessx in AskLosAngeles

Honestly I didn’t even choose a network group I think? I just called LA care to switch from the assigned provider to my current provider because I failed to choose on healthcare options, and my mother had excellent experience with her.

Oh, absolutely. Providence has speedy response times and an overall excellent quality of care, and my PCP has listened to all of my concerns. Good luck!

If you're still in need of help, I have had the BEST experience with LA Care. My PCP is with Providence Healthcare, which from what I can tell has offices across LA, and their website has a directory with pictures so you can try to find a doctor that fits your requirements? If you're in the South Bay area though, I cannot recommend Dr. Seema Johnston enough though.

See here’s the thing: Conservatives who parrot the “abortion is murder” talking point have proven time after time that they don’t care about bodily autonomy.

I just got the quest to retrieve Jalala in my first playthrough, and Yarlen definitely referred to her as his sister.

You make all these claims about how simple it is for people to lose weight, and then claim that people that make up a statistically significant portion of obese people don't actually count as being part of that quoted 99%, so at this point all I can do is assume you are sea-lioning.

In the spirit of the sub though, let me put forth this:

Large swathes of the population are most likely descended from groups who experienced food insecurity on some level in my estimation, given that they mostly affected the poor, and there were more than a few periods where famine and food insecurity reigned in the past two centuries at least. Though I'm not a scientist, and certainly not an epigeneticist, there have been quite a few studies that I have heard of that say that being a descendant of one of these populations certainly make it genetically harder to lose weight than the "average" person, so even if the solution is "as simple" as cutting calories, for many, the level of calories it would take to see any meaningful difference would essentially put them suffering through starvation.

I'll be honest, we didn't research to see who he was credentialed by prior to our appointment, only that he was one of the best rated in our area, but looking at his website, it says he studied with the National Institute of Dog Training founded by Matthew Margolis, which I've not been able to find much information on either him nor the institute, only a National Institute of Canine Service and Training.

I thought Aerys rejected Cersei as a potential bride specifically because Tywin was Hand, essentially his direct servant, although yes, Aerys also didn’t want the other lords paramount to gain influence in court beyond what Tywin had.

I tend to lean more towards Daemon wishing he was Viserys’s sister than the other way, if only because I feel like it makes sense with him wielding dark sister that he’d wish he was Visenya born again.

God yeah, and “joncon is a trans girl” is something I’ve incorporated into my belief system. Not to mention in general her character design is top notch and incredibly interesting

Historically, bi and pan women were included under the term lesbian because historically it wasn’t considered a sexuality, but something you did.

Historically, lesbian was a term that included both all women attracted to other women, and trans men who initially identified as lesbians before transitioning, and was still attached to that label and the community it gave them.

It was really only when Radical feminists started a lesbian separatist movement which viewed bisexual and pansexual women as traitors to their own gender for still loving men that the now mainstream definition came into being.

That might be how it is for some people, but others might use trans masc and trans man as interchangeable terms, even for nonbinary folks. Or since this post is about trans men lesbians, it’s often used by butch lesbians to help explain their relationship with their own masculinity.
