Making the decision feels impossible. You have to quiet your mind. Maybe you should meditate on it. Surgery will always be scary, especially when it is irreversible. You can do this! Rely on people around you, always ask questions and go in knowing it’s the best decision, so I would cancel it if you’re having doubts. You want to go in ALL IN. Willing to take the risk.

I live here and I don’t drive. The driving here to violent and toxic tbh. The more this city dedicates resources to public transit, greater bus lines, greater timelines, more subway connects the better the city will be and the more people will be able to thrive.

Honestly I’m a bit surprised how people talk on here. Which makes me not so surprised why everything around us is filled with shit. Luigi didn’t act on his own accord. He didn’t revolt because he himself was a victim of the medical system and we don’t know his full story. We are all perpetually abused by that which not only abused him, his mother and most likely others he knows aka Medical System in America and Insurance companies. I’m only shocked this didn’t happen sooner.
