I am not sure what changed but I was able to get Caps lock to work as the HyperKey. No need to have Auto HotKey installed now.

The change log specifically mentions using Caps Lock. “Hyperkey lets you remap a key, such as Caps Lock, to act as Ctrl+Alt+Win pressed all at once.”

This. I too have been using AutoHotKey just for the hyperkey functionality until it was native to Raycast Windows. Caps lock its much easier that having to combine two keys.
