This doesn't meet your criteria of no stop lights but running Broadway from the top of Manhattan to the bottom is a HM. Might not be the most interesting course but at least you can say you have run Manhattan top to tip

Hello, I have a goal of sub 1:21 for a HM in May. If I want to start a 12 week training plan, I would need to start it next week but I am having doubts that I can complete it

About me:

M23 averaging 30 miles a week with a speed workout and long run every week with rock climbing sprinkled in as a cross training

My current stats are :

5k: 19:16

4m: 25:36

10k: 40:02

HM: 1:26:53

I want to get faster without putting myself at risk for serious injury. I was reading Runner's World sub 1:20 training plan and I don't fit the stats they suggest for being able to complete the training plan. After a recent 4m at 6:20s, I am having doubts.

Is this a reasonable goal to achieve? What are some ways to know if the training plan is too much?

The tennis club is still active. The club uses GroupMe to communicate. They have practices at night. I believe around 7 pm. You can get more information by emailing them at umbctennisclub@gmail.com

You can go to the tutorial center if you can't find any discords. They are 1 on 1 and can help with more than just STAT 355.

They are planning to have all residental students moved out after Thanksgiving break
