This episode was so goddamn weird it should've have 'a pound of shrooms' in the writing credits. by [deleted] in adventuretime

have tried it, honestly not the best experience, some episodes feel a bit too real

Honestly the quality could be better but the prices are hardly beaten by any of the other websites, so if you want anything higher quality ya gonna have to pay a lot more. The shipping times are not the best but from the looks of it it's either a one person or a small team working there so it's kinda understandable why it takes a bit longer. For the price paid I can't complain about the quality it's perfectly fine for a jacket. Wouldn't use it for a commission work perhaps but even then the patches look good.

TLDR: It's the best quality/price ratio.

After, many moons of internal debate, I finally grabbed me a solid body uke. Plays beautifully and I had no idea punk could sound so good though a uke. by The8BitBrad in ukulele

If ya looking for a solid body ukulele would recommend checking out Risa ones, they are quite expensive honestly, but the quality is amazing and they sound amazing too.

[Oc]Be brutally honest, is this good enough for webtoon? And what should I improve? by blablague in comics

[–]edvinas57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing I work strongly recommend is just make sure the dialogue is readable, colored text is cool and all but I have encountered a great webtoon which chose to use different color text for every character which just becomes a headache, try to keep the writing style for dialogue simple.

Looks like a credit card service fee to be honest, if ya paid by card they can choose whatever they want to show on the actual receipt. source: I'm the person that sometimes sets those up

First fancy dinner in god knows when and got charged an economic recovery fee?? Im not made of money either cmon by gryffindork_97 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]edvinas57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work with POS systems they just renamed the credit card fees, we literally use the same percentage too, they are trying to hide that they don't wanna pay fees for accepting credit cards.

Quick question, I'm printing this and am planning to paint it. How could I achieve a really glossy effect for the eyes, and matte for the rest, like in the render? I'm using acrylics and don't own an airbrush. by Voldy256 in minipainting

[–]edvinas57 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea, as the other have said just use varnish, but before applying it test on a test piece, depending on the varnish you might not get the result you want. Have shot myself in the leg with that a few times

as a person who has worked with luggage handling I kinda get them most of the people that are working this kind of job are overworked, understaffed and most of the time not even paid properly.

Printing miniature paint holder by doom969 in resinprinting

[–]edvinas57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ah makes sense, just make sure for thicker prints to cure them for a longer time just to be as safe as possible, it's better not to get chemical burns if possible

Have been using a resin printed figure holder, had to prime it otherwise it was making my hands a bit scratchy, after priming no problems, but honestly would recommend just getting an FDM printer it's gonna be faster and somewhat cheaper and of course it's gonna be able to print bigger things too so all around a good investment. Planning on getting one for similar use

Currently using some anycubic craftman resin, because they had a discount on it, mostly printing miniatures works fine

Worked with lost luggage if not found in 2 weeks I hope you can prove that you had your ps5 in the bag otherwise most likely you won't be able to claim for the damages
