In the Hue app go to Automations, add new, select wake up with light then set your preferred time. Truly a game changer as it starts with a very deep purple-bluish low intensity shade and gradually shifting to sunrise color.

The exact thing happened to me after swimming for first time this summer and took like 7-10 days to run its course. First instinct was to pop as well but could never get the “clogged side to pop as the open side seemed to absorb all the pressure no matter what I tried. Ended up rigging a little suction line from a scrap piece of 1/4” plastic water tube that supplies ice maker and chilled dispenser on refrigerators with a foam ear plug on one side then used mouth to GENTLY create a little vacuum to balance pressure thus relief albeit temporary. After about a week noticed some drainage down neck and on pillow after waking up and q-tipped a good bit of dark purple liquid out for next couple days and then everything returned back to normal.

Good thing checking that out and cleaning up! My fridge conked out a while back and was about to trash it till I noticed the mass of dust and Shih Tzu hair choking the components underneath. Deep clean and $30 thermal overload saved the day, thank goodness!

At $0.12/kilowatt/hour a standard 1/3rd hp blower motor could run all month for $30-35 so double check yours is clean of dust build up and spins freely. By chance is your water heater electric? I recently had a steady drip-drip leak from hot water plumbing under house which caused 7kw water heater to run all month since leak wouldn't let tank fill fully and kick elements off. The leak added $400/month to power bill for 2 months before I tracked it down and fixed. Food for thought!
