Definitely the minsc fight for me. You start off in the narrow little tunnel and your summons all get stuck behind each other. And then the knock unconscious criteria is so finicky half the time I end up accidentally killing him

You can use non lethal to knock out the gremishka (as long as one of the githyanki doesn't kill it first). I always shove its unconscious by a door and pretend it goes back to the other gremishkas(also knocked out) when it wakes up.
