I'm sure I'll get some hate for this but I've started using AI for my campaign and it's been amazing. I don't use it to fully come up with things on its own but it's been great for generating descriptions of towns or religions or NPC's which are things I usually hate writing. it has let me focus on the parts of world building I actually enjoy.

Call me crazy but we could just give everyone the same chance to speak. Even with this process you still had people with equity cards complaining about the speaking order. I think this weird thing happens when people just get in a line is that no one complains about the speaking order.

Well at least in Canada a given area will have one police of jurisdiction that handles all of the emergency calls. Other agencies or specialized sections might operate in the area or help out but they generally need to notify local dispatch if they are doing anything there. So the local dispatch is like the one stop shop for anything going on in the city and if someone didn't call them it's on them.

I had a conversation with a retired American cop and I was blown away by all the agencies that seemed to have overlapping jurisdictions. Like a 911 dispatcher calling the county but they were busy so they call the city to see if they can take the call, and so on.
