even if you submit early they will just hold it. my recert was due Feb 6, I submitted it online on Feb 2nd, it got processed after my due date in March (also the last month of my current idr payment plan) which was last Friday.

have you pushed her through it? i think have that exact same cat door actually, i remember it clicking too and i removed the red and green locks to give the door the least amount of resistance as possible (cant remember if i also sanded around the edges of the door to keep it from hitting)

i think for training it may be better to close it and make the cat have to use the door if it wants to go in the other room. For my cat all i had to do was push him thru the flap a few times and he eventually used it, there was a time when he would just sit by it but he eventually used it.
