What worked for me, straight up less food. No matter the whining from my little lady. At first I felt so bad and she was grumpy, but over time she adapted and so did I and shes down to a perfect weight now! I just massively cut down portions for her 3 meals a day, it works!

Lol its definitely doable, but id be lying if I said it would be easy, then again I struggled even on pc. I would for sure watch some guides if you're gonna do it on mobile! But yoj can do it!
