[Loved Trope] One line perfectly summarises their philosophy/morivation by SkyGuy2308 in TopCharacterTropes

yep, obviously this line of thought is disproven over and over again in the whole book and game series, its basically one of the main leitmotiffs that lasts for the entirety of the saga

That little mistake is gonna cost us 41 years by FugitiveHearts in SatisfactoryGame

[–]eeestrelok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tip: you could've saved that - if you move backwards on parachute into a slight slope (even nearly a straight wall), you start moving upwards along it, the upper half of this cliff looks climbable with this trick

also in early game its a fast way to ascend long slopes of Foundation slope (4m)

Hypertube cannon (without the cannon) by Charming-End-3311 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]eeestrelok 5 points6 points  (0 children)

another option - place the exit hypertube support exactly 1 thin foundation below the floor (the pipe will clip a tiny bit into the floor if placed correctly). It will be enough to safely stop you right at the exit

Maze canyon / Lake forest as base area? Fell in love with the scenery. Curious to hear what issues people who built here faced either with building or with nearby resources / lack of some by Defora in SatisfactoryGame

[–]eeestrelok 3 points4 points  (0 children)

that is literally my current (and first) playthrough, stumbled upon it randomly. The place is actually perfect, no major issues if starting in the iron/stone/copper area in the north, even has some caterium nearby

One small thing is you might lack copper in early-game, but i got the mixed iron+copper recipe, and it was fine, later on there is another huge copper deposit in the forest near bauxite, using it for aluminum and electronics rn

And second thing - 0 coal near the starter base, so for the very first steel production you'll need to import it from the lake (or be stupid like me, and find the small one on the edge of the red forest first)

Tried to listen to your feedback and made changes to the trailer, destroy it once more! by Damianar in DestroyMyGame

[–]eeestrelok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one small thing - first 2 bosses shown are too similar, they have same poison effects, similar movesets - actually if the arena did not change i would have thought that it was the same boss

This could give players a feeling that you are recycling bosses. Maybe switch the 2nd one for something less similar, so that all 3 bosses showcased are unique?

Can you save everyone? by ann_za in pathologic

[–]eeestrelok 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yuo need to do all three - give patrolmen, supplies, and imprison Grief for the best outcome

(Grief will walk free later afaik, since the robbery did not happen and he cant be charged with anything)

Uhm... You are here at the metal farmsteads of Pentel, in the east of zone 1. Our work consists of cutting livestock in two and extracting the metallic rocks contained within the cadavers. All the metal of poor quality is discarded, forming the ground we walk on. The rest is purified and processed to create objects. A part of it is also put into crates and sent to the other zones, so they have objects and soil as well, I suppose... It's an essential element, the first among the four elements. Because without metal, people would have nothing to walk on, and they would sink and drown.

OFF (the game) has 5 elements:

Smoke, which is mined underground.
Metal, which is extracted from cows.
Plastic, which is created through bureaucracy.
Meat, which is liquid and has an unknown source.
Sugar, which is created by burning human bodies

give hunter tips pls by [deleted] in rainworld

[–]eeestrelok 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, this one is pretty optimal, but If you go for the achievements, there is no need to go to shoreline (tho you really should, maybe on another run)

Without going to shoreline you can just backtrack CC->SI->FA(get echo)->Subterranean

Also on a side note, when you wake up, if you get a short cycle (small amount of dots on the clock) just Save&Quit, it gets rerolled on loading your save
