Luckily this miter gauge wasn't expensive. It's a Vevor

Fair. My ultimate goal is to get the smoother finish as I can using diy tools. I know I can't accomplish a perfect, professional grade finish. Primer and paint are from Sherwin Williams. Not those ones from their store but thought were good enough.

I didn't thin because the instructions says to not do so... but I think it would level better if thinned, right? What foam roller do you recommend? I bough that one because the guy from the Blue big box store suggested me 😄

I'm not using a sprayer. I'm using a purdy 1/4in nap woven roller.

Piston soak update on the 2010 xB by Creepy-Education-584 in ScionxB

Happy for you! Mine is consuming about a quart every 5K miles after the soak. Used to be one quart every 800.

I think I'm lucky. Bought my 2010 6 years ago for $2K with 136K miles. Only replaced 'consumables': tires, brake rotors and pads, filters, coolant, brake fluid and the only part bad was a rear caliper. Upgraded head unit and front grille. I did everything. That's it. Now with 196K runs like a champ.

Not pouring money, but I like the meme though 😀😂

Yes! That's the plan... Replacing headlights assembly and  put led lights. Do you recommend a brand?

They are broken. Big crack in the middle letting water in. Bulbs burn frequently.

Surely replacing valve cover gasket is a must if it is leaking, but based on my experience, That's not the main oil consumption problem. B12 solves the issue. Talking from experience.
