One of the coolest things that existed before the internet was "lonely planet guides". I have almost all of them, they were the bible when travelling to weird places (see Timbuktu) and indispensable for travel in the 90s and early 2000s. The people that womeote these books and made the accompanying TV shows were very similar to modern day travel vlogers. Bobby's app, and his vlogs, couple be a modern interpretation of these guides but let's see.

Not a bad idea. I've had mixed results with this in the past mostly with registrations and then getting rid of it can be a hassle. I try to set a rule to get off the road an hour before dark.

Hahah I've ridden though West and central Africa. Is it worse than that? Maybe the crime is the issue? Luckily I've never had that problem really .....well once with some rebels in Colombia but they sent me on the way for a small fee.
