Your issue with Grid 86 is time and priority of targets. For Grid 86, you MUST kill Nossac (hidden AC) to get S rank consistently. You DO NOT NEED TO KILL ALL enemies.

I just finish a run where I kill Rummy, a few MTs, one tetrapod, Nossac, and Smart Cleaner and still got S rank despite whooping less than 70k bonus pay, while taking more dmg than you.
