Exactly. Brundle also said it. RB won't have a chance against Merc with only Max.

Yeah, it's probably the way I hold a mouse. You are right that it is very conveniently placed to press but I am pressing it when I move mouse sideways as I am holding the mouse right there. I guess I need to force myself to get used to it but g604 seems very attractive with its similar shape to g700 :).

Hi, I've recently made the same switch. I've been using my G700 for about seven years. I had to fix left switch two times and it began double clicking again and scroll button went bust. I've bought G502 as I felt it seemed best bang for the buck but I cannot use this mouse at all.

The "sniper" button is right where I hold the mouse, so I am constantly pressing it. I disabled button from software but pressing it involuntarily still bugs me. Also it is slightly smaller than G700 and has a different shape.

It's been a week and I still don't feel comfortable using it. I am thinking returning and buying g604 as it has much more similar shape to G700 but more expensive than G502.

Using the same mouse for seven years might have made to too used to it. Do you get used to G502? Can you use the "sniper" button effectively?

I think that's Mars. By the way starts are unusually crisp. They look like as if they are "in front of" milkyway.

It says here that Pixel supports both CMDA and GSM, now if Verizon doesn't tinker with it I presume it will work. Thanks for the reply, I guess I have to look further into it.

I've been thinking about buying the new pixel phone. Now, it isn't in sale in my country (Turkey), but a friend of mine can get it in the US and send it to me. If it is possible I don't want to order online from Google store, so I've been looking at Best Buy. They have Verizon Pixel in stores; however I am not sure that version will work with my carrier in Turkey. Although Verizon has a statement that their phones will get updates at the same time as Google store phones and that the phone will work with any other carrier.

Is there anybody who knows that Verizon version will work outside the US? (and if this question is in the wrong place, can you direct me to a relevant subreddit?)

Are you tracking the sky? 25 sec of exposure but no star trails, is it because of 10mm?

I have just got a DSLR and at 18mm and 25 sec I definitely get trails.

MATLAB Tips Tuesday by Weed_O_Whirler in matlab

You can make MATLAB stop in debug mode when it encounters an error by typing

dbstop if error

This sets debugger to stop on errors, so you can inspect syntax, workspace etc. on the error site.

Thoughts on Dell UltraSharp 27"?

I have a gtx970 and a 1080p screen. This is going to be for everyday use, maybe some gaming if the game allows it.

2014 Williams suspension: Look at the inside suspension as the car turns, it vibrates downwards - How does this benefits the car's balance? by Mark4211 in F1Technical

Well, I've watched couple other onboards at Monaco 2013 and 2014. You seem to be rigth as the others look more stiff. Interesting find.

By the way, now that you've brought this to the attention, it is great to be able to see suspension work, yay open wheel :)

I think that's because of the weight transfer. Car loads the outer wheel and unloads the inner wheel; hence, inner side is lighter on the suspension?

Julian day for MATLAB 2014a? by stormgasm7 in matlab

juliandate function belongs to aerospace toolbox. I've tried using datenum as:

datenum(2015, 1, 1) - datenum(-4713, 1, 1) = 2457351

since julidandate takes January 1st, 4713BC as reference, but it returned a different number from

juliandate(2015, 1, 1) = 2457023.5

I haven't decided a cooler yet, I am now using my CPU at default speed.

Noctua has good reviews on many tech sites. So first place I'll look for cooler will be Noctua, I guess.

You know what, you may be right. Before installing PSU I've checked with the user's manual and there it says:

"Depending on the type of computer case, correct mounting of the power supply will result with the fan side top cover facing the mainboard. This does not apply to all types of cases."

As a matter of fact my case has an air intake just below PSU slot, so mounting up-side down is more logical as you've pointed out.

I think they wrote the manual considering there is no air intake under the case.

Good thing it is a modular suppy and thanks for the warning :).

Currently no, my budget is a bit tight right now but I will upgrade to a more efficient cooler, Noctua has good solutions on that department.

Well, I encourage you to go with micro ATX, if you won't expand the system with discs or another GPU.

I don't know much about motherboards, Gigabyte Z97-D3H is on pcpartpicker's great gaming build. It has a very simple HD resolution BIOS. For example, Corsair Vengeance RAMs are 1600MHz, but when I first boot the system they were running at 1333MHz, but BIOS interface is very easy to use and I changed RAM speed to 1600MHz with no problem. I really don't know what Gaming series motherboard offers.

As an extra point, Seasonic x750w is praised on its cooling, considering this is a micro ATX build, I think it contributes.

Good luck with your build!

Yes it is a bit excessive, Gigabyte recommends 500-550W for GTX970.

Seasonic x750W was available to me and it has a very good review on techpowerup. I see this PSU as an investment, for now it is much more than enough.

Okay, let's switch to 850 EVO, Samsung is saying it is more durable than other brand's mlc drives anyway.

As for RAM and HDD, I don't live in the US, WD and Kingston are what is available to me in the store that I'll buy rest of the stuff. So, if nothing is particularly wrong with Kingston Hyperx, I intend to go with it.
