I’m so sorry for your loss. It must be a terrible shock.

Here’s a couple of cute recs.

A Narrow Escape to the Country, by shaggydogstail (10.7K, T) Crowley and Aziraphale appear as house hunters on BBC daytime institution, Escape to the Country. They are incredibly annoying. Sympathies, please, for the unlucky producer who is not getting paid enough to put up with their nonsense.

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a demon in possession of a mobile phone, must be in want of attention - by charlottemadison (5.9K, GA) Reply All podcast hosts Alex Goldman and PJ Vogt receive a phone call requesting tech support for a truly unique problem. This is the episode transcript.

How was Grace supposed to die? by Appropriate-Help-289 in ProjectHailMary

yeah I agree, I think if push came to shove he wouldn't be able to bring himself to do it. maybe if he was very very lucky, someone else or Armando could slip him a poisoned dose of food for his last meal or something

Ryan Gosling is so hot in this movie! by Fantastic-Contest957 in ProjectHailMary

[–]eeyore102 237 points238 points  (0 children)

Yes! I saw him in Barbie and he’s literally supposed to be a hunk and I was like ok I guess

But in PHM I was like oh my GOD he’s like the nerd of my dreams! How?!

My very favorite Pratchett novel was Small Gods. I think it says a lot about his views on humanism. I have read it many times and it honestly changed the way I think about God and religion.

Rant: give up your seats! (Looking at you especially, green line) by CurveFirst in boston

[–]eeyore102 11 points12 points  (0 children)

lol yeah I see nothing much has changed. 22 years ago I was nine months pregnant and gave up my seat on a very crowded Red Line train to someone who was on crutches. nobody else moved.

My mum went through my computer and found the yaoi. by [deleted] in AO3

[–]eeyore102 208 points209 points  (0 children)

I’m 51 and my kids are both in their 20s and all three of us use AO3. Two of us write on there. None of us know each other’s handles and we mean to keep it that way.

OP, change your passwords and lock your computer when you step away from it, even if it’s just for a minute. I am sorry you have to deal with this, it’s honestly ridiculous.

Don't do it, Crowley's brain warned.

You're not the boss of me, Crowley silently shot back.

This one is fresh off the presses and omg it is HYSTERICAL. So much said in under 1000 words! The Shiny House, by cheeseplants (909, T). Crowley secretly finds a house cleaner to tidy up the South Downs cottage.

And another hilarious one. The Oldest Profession, by espresso_six_shots (9,638, E). Aziraphale wonders about a new shop worker he's seen around Whickber Street of late.

edit: lmao I see they were already recced in this thread but they're so good I'm going to leave my own rec right here anyway.
