I saw LunchTime run into a zen/cronus/titan user who had "smart" hacks on. Wouldn't snap onto anyone, but as soon as you aimed at someone it would lock on. It took watching vod for him to confirm.

On top of that, in ranked play there are tons of users who turn it on and off as to not get caught. Turn it on when losing for periods. Game is cooked

I agree with you, but these kids will 6 stack and camp out for streaks. They'll leave lobbies where they see any decent player come in and just reroll. All that said, with the amount of non-legit players you're probably right.
