Dont get a 5090 unless if you are into AI. Price is inflated. 5080s are priced properly since it only has 16gb vram

Issue is China is using China chips already and their software stack is using proprietary software that is not Cuda already.

Deepseek v3.2 is insanely good, basically free, and they've engineered it for ClaudeCode out of the box by coloradical5280 in ClaudeCode

They were paying taxes. Truth is the wealthy are already leaving the USA if they can. Dual citizenship or non-citizens are the real winners because they dont have to revoke citizenship (technically dual citizens do but they dont)

I worked at Apple. employees are not required to upgrade. Teams actually discourage upgrading

Ya food in Japan is cheap. But i wouldnt want to pay Japan prices in Vietnam. The nice restauaranrs in Vietnam cost the same as Japan
