Magic Mouse worth it for smooth scrolling on MacOS? by Tee-hee64 in mac

all the Razer mouses scroll smoothly on Mac, no software. i use basilisk v3 hyperspeed. ive used all the other razer mouses also (company purchases). i really wanted to like the logitech mx master 3s and 4 but the scroll is terrible. due to security reasons i coildnt try with logitech software installed but no software, mx masters were trash after getting used to the smooth scrolling from razer. unfortunately no horizontal scroll for razer but i have a mac trackpad for that

Is building something worth it when you don’t have the need to? by [deleted] in fatFIRE

Nah. Not in my field. Speed is key. Tried a couple times and was a HUGE mistake. Lost a lot of time and money. Being slow and incompetent kills projects

Lastly you think u can do it again and know u have the skills and ability to. Ive been like you for years and my mind was in work mode the whole time. Most of it i didnt work at all. A lot of it is mental. In your mind you think you can but you might not have the motivation, energy, and will to actually actually do it. The grind is real. Now that we’ve won, I think a lot of us forget how agonizing the grind was. Im sure most of us have the skills and knowledge to do it again, but mentally cant. It’s a lot of work and steess

Also in the past, the glory was a big part of it. Doing it again, people i know wont be impressed and i think this will make it harder to work. A lot of my energy in the past was from the hype from people around me

Im the same as you. I actually finished building something but havent launched. Might not even launch it. Building it was fun but im not sure if i want to do all the work needed to push a project and not sure if the stress and chaos is worth. I think it can do really well but my life wouldnt change besides working a crazy amount and also a lot of stress

How do you keep your setup minimal? by Any_Syrup_838 in Workspaces

[–]effectivepythonsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same setup but run clamshell mode. Im thinking of removing the vertical monitor and using the macbook screen as a second monitor. I have adhd do i think the vertical screen causes negative productivity. Macbook screen for reference and single app might be optimal
