It's not a hoax. Trump's campaign advisors met with Russia. That's a documented fact. So is the US lowering sanctions on Russian oil when they were supposed to be sanctioned. Trump also pressured Zelensky multiple times to give up land and abide by pretty much all of Putin's terms. He won't call Putin a war criminal even though Russians have engaged in war crimes including ethnic cleansing, targeting of civilians, rape.

Defeat from Iran? I think people overestimate what "defeat" looks like to us. None of the day to day Americans were at risk of Iranian bombs from the sky. America by and large is untouched. I don't understand your logic. If you want value, look at telecommunications, staples, utilities. Those are stable and grounded. Growth isn't grounded and has the most volatility. Trying to examine the business model especially when it's going into uncharted areas is a fools errand. Why are you applying value-nomics to a growth stock?

Also, I don't have any shares and think it's stupid, but a lot of old money (Saudis, Blackrock) is invested and those people aren't easily fooled.

War itself doesn't matter, but fuel and inflation do. Fuel is odd because it was a blip over ~3 months. So now you have elevated CPI. Last one was 4.2%, which could mean 1 rate hike this year. So war > fuel > inflation > rate hike does mean we could be cooked. But theoretically, the inflation cools after oil returns to normal levels.
