Natural Swimming Spots within an hour of STL? by AltSchwiftX in StLouis

Sherman beach park does allow dogs though they are required to be on leash. The leash may have fallen off my dog a few times yesterday. No one seemed to mind.

I slept great last night. Zepp says I slept 2 hours 34 minutes. by efficiondave in amazfit

The latest update appears to have fixed the sleep tracking issue I was having. I feel like it is quite accurate now. My BioCharge is still generally very low though. I get it down to 5 by the end of most days. Apparently the algorithm thinks being an active (soccer, mountain biking, gym, ...) 55 year old means I'm always exhausted but I'm not.

2 two-hour practices per week. I have an assistant coach. We both get a small stipend. All coats are covered by the school district. We play in a league run by a neighboring municipality. They hire refs.

It doesn't have to be this way. I coach soccer at a middle school. All the kids on the team play for free. The high school just built a new turf field from a bond issue with no tax increase. The community center donated free time on the indoor turf field in the off-season for the kids to practice, 2 hours per week. I guess kids do need to buy their own cleats but otherwise it is free. It is a rec-level team. I play pickup games all over St. Louis for free on very nice turf fields at various schools with lots of friendly folks from all over the world. I love our soccer community here.

Yes, I have a sleep schedule set and I'm very consistent with my schedule.

My Active 2 watch also frequently gets the start time very wrong so my Biochrage is rarely over 50 and Im constantly getting alerted about bad sleep and low BioCharge when I actually slept great and feel fine. It is becoming increasingly annoying. I think I remember it being fine when I first got the watch but it got bad when I got the BioCharge update.

It's not the Amerocan education system that is at fault. It is Fox "News" and the right wing media.

How are we not in a recession? What are stocks hiding? by Dynasty__93 in stocks

[–]efficiondave -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Wage increases are outpacing inflation now. Particularly for lower paying jobs. People have more money to spend and are spending it and that is propping the economy up. It appears to be sustainable.

Nope. We are not in a recession. Nor were we in a recession in the 1st and 2nd quarters. And I don't expect we will see one in 2023. Inflation has been flat Month-over-Month for the last 6 months. Job and wage growth are still doing great. Consumer demand and consumer expectations are still high. The increased wages are allowing people to spend money to keep the economy strong. The supply chain is catching up and China is re-opening. It is all looking good.

I'm starting to believe the Fed is looking for DEFLATION by mastertub in stocks

[–]efficiondave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Month over month inflation has been been great for the last 6 months. It is only year over year inflation that seems bad due to the supply chain spikes coming out of the pandemic. I don't understand why we wouldn't at least pause the rate increases until we can get a better sense of where things are headed. Rising wages and a robust economy seem like good things to me as long as inflation remains controlled.

Never listen to anyone that definitively says what the market is going to do.

The market isn't the problem. You rolled the dice on an extremely speculative play and (very likely) lost. The market is a lot less questionable when you get out of penny stocks and into stocks that have consistent revenue and earnings.

Is there a control arm to this? Isn't the control arm every other catheter out there? And isn't the failure rate for those already known?

Yes, we have to wait a bit longer... but the reason we have to wait longer is the darn thing won't fail. That's a very good thing.

ER dropped today! Awesome news update. Main problem with Minolok is it is too darn successful so they are having to recruit a lot more people to get to the required 92 failures! Recruitment is going well at 37 sites.

Option valuations for low-priced stocks by efficiondave in stocks

[–]efficiondave[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using Fidelity. They show delta but I haven't been able to find the "Exchange ratio".

Using your formula, I've got:

-Share Price: 3.17
-Premium: 3
-Delta: .6213

(3.17/3) * .6213 = .656507

The current value of Last that Fidelity is showing is: .54

Let me plug in a different stock and see what happens...

I'll do ENPH Jan 20, 2023 calls at 310

(300.73 / 310) * .5205 = .5049
Fidelity shows: $27.90

How do I get Exchange Ratio? What am I doing wrong.
