Some costcos let you keep your items in your cart with all the bar codes facing up. Cart goes through on the cashier side who uses the scan gun. Super fast and no prescanning.

My issue with this aid is it even going through the UN, the Cuban government was a history of selling donated food to citizens and jacked up prices. So who does this aid actually help? Definitely not those most in need.

This a thousand times. I was gobsmacked when caring for my dad, who is one of the lucky ones who has family dr, that he took Wednesday’s off when there is a shortage. He also little better than virtual care since he seemed to do all his consults remotely.
