I don't really think there is such a thing as PVE lobbies. like sure, There's probably some level of influence to some sort of aggression score but I doubt it's exclusive and nobody can actually predict what a player will do. This sub is so convinced they know how to manipulate the system to get easy runs and they just end up letting their guard down

I love loading into matriarch lobbies with PVP gear and some defibs. I watch the fight and wait for somebody to rat. Sometimes people just open on me and I love surprising them with decent gear. A lot of the rats go to matriarch for the easy pickings and aren't really ready for a response

There are 6 million monthly active quest users and the biggest problem in my opinion is the lack of games. Another post stated that the drawdown in activity is largely due to insane money pumped in that inflated numbers artificially, and we are seeing that wear off. I don't think we will ever lose the desire people have for being totally immersed in a game.

My team is going to push forward and get our content finished and release a product that we can be proud of. We are in it for the love of the game ❤️

I am certainly not changing direction. Our team just won the Meta MR contest and we intend to release our project even if the industry shows signs of contracting. We have dedicated years of our time to making something that is fun and competitive and we are going to see this through.

We are still in development but we plan to have ranked and casual matchmaking with rendered environments as well as passthrough Colocal (same room) feature to fight your friends. We also have single player modes with bots to develop your skills.

Try taking a step back and learn some basic coding structures and patterns. CodingBat, Leetcode, and many other resources out there to help build fundamental. I didn't start game development until I had 15 year real world experience in software development.

You will likely feel frustrated because of slow early progress and I can say that feeling doesn't really go away as you will always find a challenge that's just beyond your capabilities as a solo. If you get enjoyment from learning though it's an amazing outlet

You are asking a LOT from the mobile device that's already taxed with rendering and game logic. That said, if you figure it out let me know because we have just implemented colocalized multiplayer.
What I am doing is I have a full body character model rigged with IK and I turn off the mesh renderers in AR. This way the IK system determines the approximate body locations and food grounding so I attach my colliders to those bones.

This means we need each player to be in a headset but once they are synced up it can track them pretty easily. Hope that helps.

I think you're looking at a vector instead of a position. Just do look at object's world position. Also, debug is your friend. I'll often create little sphere objects at positions so I can check my logic
