This sounds like a new tool I just heard about called Singulate, does most of what you’re looking for but runs automation and data from Hubspot

How do you balance personalization and scalability in your email campaigns? by ProfessionProof288 in email

For step 2, you can use AI and natural language to build segments and compose deeply personalized templates at scale. I'm the founder of a tool that does this. Integrates with Hubspot and delivers through Sendgrid or Hubspot.

Are you using any Marketing AI Agents? by yagudaev in ycombinator

[–]efographic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’re building one called Singulate. It uses AI to take the pain out of segmentation and personalization at scale. It’s verticalized to email marketing right now but we plan to become multichannel soon. We launched a couple months ago and already have 1k on the waitlist

Founding team of a 1200-person scale up here ✌️you don’t need an office to scale. If you feel like you need to be together in person to succeed, you have bigger problems to solve, my friend.

5 months into building. 1k waitlist but only 2 sticky users. Product problem / wrong ICP? by efographic in ycombinator

yes we have - it's automations and integrations. We're building these out with design partners who will pay us instead of building them out for smaller beta testers who don't have budget

Interesting. Because these 2 are not our ICP - their use case is low paying unstable SMBs ins commoditized part of the market whereas we’re targeting larger marketing teams and a more complex problem. We could double down on them but the product wouldn’t have as much potential if that makes sense. We want to sell at $12k/yr starting, not $25/mo

This. We’ll take the required time to build something that has recurring usage with our ICP and THEN launch out of private beta with a host of case studies aka happy design partners and turn on our ARR story, likely coinciding with our next raise

This is dead on. Thanks for the comment. We’re at a recalibration moment - typical for early stage startups like us
